τί ποιήσας what, he who has made. Greek is flexible in word order. The neuter τί doesn't fit with the masculine ποιήσας "he who has made" but it does fit with the "will I inherit." ζωὴν αἰώνιον eternal life is in the accusative.

The phrase uses the aorist participle (ποιήσας), which indicates an action that is completed or has already taken place, rather than something forthcoming. So, it's not about something to be made or done in the future, but rather about what has been made or what has already been done. The literal sense, "what having made?" makes no sense.
