Joel 2:23

And the sons of Inner Monument ("Zion"), spin around and cheer up within He Is mighty ones of yourselves, for he has given to yourselves the self eternal Archer for the Justice,5 and he is bringing down for yourselves a rain shower of an archer, and the latter-spring rain within the first one!
ויהי רבה קשת

"And he is becoming one who multiplies the bowman."

(Genesis 21:20 RBT)

Joe. 2:23

The term המורה (ha-moreh), from the root ירה (y-r-h, “to throw, shoot, direct”), can mean “the archer” in a martial context. While often rendered “teacher” (one who “shoots” instruction) or “early rain” (that which “casts down” water), its core sense is “one who projects.” In military usage, this denotes an archer — one who shoots arrows. Context determines whether the meaning is literal (archery) or figurative (instruction, rainfall).
