5 and he has said He Is from the womb to himself Heel-Chaser toward himself and God-Straightened not in the hand He Is and gods/my goddess he has become
6 and he is saying to myself male-servant את-self eternal rods/tribes Heel-Chaser God-Contends to turn back backside ones [nations] to become until/perpetually/witness
7 in this way he has said He Is God-Contends soul nation kings in order that He Is who/which holy one God-Contends
8 in this way he has said He Is within the appointed time goodwill and within the day together with/a people an earth those who are desolate
9 to say to that which within the Darkness upon/against/yoke they are pasturing
